Government Loan Litigation

Our client obtained a large loan from the government to help him own and operate a large hotel. When the hotel failed, the government sued on the loan, but we were able to establish that the lawsuit was barred by federal law for procedural reasons. As a result, the Court granted our motion for summary judgment, and the client dodged a bullet that would have cost him in excess of $2,000,000.
