We have been particularly involved in assisting commercial landlords in navigating eviction and rental collection matters in view of the various Covid ordinances throughout California. We have had trials in state court, bankruptcy court, probate court, various federal courts, and have been involved in numerous mediations and arbitrations. We also have represented clients before the Court of Appeal in California, and also the United States Court of Appeal.
